On-Premises Deployment

Infrastructure in my LAB:
- CUCM: 11.0.1 SU3
- IM & Presence: 11.0.1. SU1
- Jabber Client 11.5 on Windows 8
- Jabber Client 11.9 on Windows 7 Professional
Manually shutdown the IM and Presence server assuming there is no IM & Presence to see whether jabber communicates with CUCM and Jabber allows to login. But it failed.
