Hello,
We have an organization of roughly 100 users. Most are using wired headsets but a handful are using wireless. Two of those using wireless occasionally seem to be on a call when suddenly their microphone and speakers switch from the headset (mid conversation) to their built in speakers/mic.
There seems to be no rhyme or reason for this. I went in and set their preferred devices to their headsets and they tried again. Once it happened again, I checked the preferred devices and they had been reset to the built-in speakers/microphone to be the priority.
I have no idea what's going on here. I can only think that there is something disrupting their signal and that's causing the issue however, this is happening with a third person as well and she works remotely (mostly from home) and experiences the same issue. Any ideas? Thank you!

Hi Jeffrey,
First thing I can think of the compatibility of the headset with Cisco Jabber.
Secondly I will check that there is no interaction from the users.

Muaaz
