I have multiple users that for the last few days are shown as online in jabber for Windows, but are not logged into any machines and therefore not logged into jabber. Any ideas on how to "reset" and prevent this from happening again?

What version are they using?
Is it possible that the users are logged in on the mobile apps?

No we do not have any deployments outside of the coroporate network. Almost like the status is hung within presence.

Users could download the iphone or android clients. Do you know if that's happening?
Also is it CUPS or Webex backend?
What version of Jabber?

there is no wireless connectivity to the system and no access setup on the firewall for Jabber to talk through. On-premise CUPS. Mix of jabber 9.0 9.1 and 9.2.
