Hi,
we are facing an issue, that we get randomly popup windown from Jabber in Citrix to accept CUCM Subs certificate. Certificates in UC environment are CA signed and Root CA are saved in the trusted store.
I have analysed this issue and I see that there are some difference with certificate templates with that what cisco recommend.
Is it possible that the difference with Application Policies, Key Usage will cause this popup window?
The issue will come from Tomcat certificate.
Cluster FQDN// Cluster wide Domain Config use <domain.local>
User will login with domain.com, presence domain - domain.com

I have opened a TAC Case and it seems like a bug on JVDI even in the intranet.

I doubt if certificate extensions and key usage affects the client. This is more of a server side thing. If you can reproduce this, can you generate jabber PRT log file and attach here.
