Hello ,
We have Jabber 10.5 with CUCM 10.5, IM&P 10.5
Jabber client is not able to make video call (point to point).
We have external camera connected to PC via USB cable.
In jabber client File->Option->Video, user can see selfview but in video call camera is not working.
Video capabilities are enabled under CUCM phone page option.
Any idea why video calls are not working ?

Is the call made between two jabber clients in Soft phone mode ie. using CSF device ?
