We seem to have some an issue with Jabber Window Chat history, the user which sends a screen capture thru Jabber, is unable to view the sent screen capture in their chat history. As per image below.
Screen capture sent does reach to intended receipt and receipt able to view it.
It is just the send can't view the sent screen capture in their chat history.
Anyone faced this issue before.

Hi Subash,
The issue appears to be most likely permissions related, try using a new Microsoft profile on the PC for the affected user or compare with a working one and see if it helps.

Ya, seems to be some Window permission issue for that user's PC.
Found out that user's PC didn't have the folder "C:\Users\<username>\Documents\MyJabberFiles" where all the Jabber sent and receive files are stored.
Once that particular user logged into another PC, then we don't see this issue.
