Hello,
The Jabber connected through ASA (any connect).
When the user in control on his phone everything works ,
but when he switch to CSF mode he can't get incoming calls .Out going works .
This issue occures when you call the user from pstn and internal phones .
CUCM version 9.1.2
CAPS version 9.1.1
Any idea?

check if you have DND enabled in the Phone page
