I have Jabber for windows 9.0.4 installed and also have my CUPC 8.6.5 client installed.
We are using a LDAP directory not AD.
When in CUPC, I can select someone's Mobile nuber to call and the "91" or "9" is automatically added to the dial string passed to CallManager and the call goes through.
When in J4W, and do the exact same selection, the software does not add the "91" so the call fails.
Is there an additional setting that needs to be added so that we get the correct behavior?
Thanks.

Hi Richard,
This sounds like a dial rule problem. e.g. if the contact's mobile number is saved as 353871231230, then there should be a corresponding dial rule as below:
Similarly if the number is saved as 0871231230, then the matching dial rule will be:

Thanks for the tip, but where do I put this.
I do not see in the jabber-config.xml anything that looks like this

Dial Rules are configured in Call Manager.
Publish Dial Rules to Cisco Jabber for Windows
