My Customer is running on CUCM 10.5.3 and J4W 11.9.3
When an inbound call is received as a Unknown number and it is a missed call or an answered call. The log of this call is not saved in the recent calls Tab on Jabber. It is only saved on the Hard Phone log.
Is there a security configuration on J4W that blocks saving calls with Unknown number?

There was an issue with 10.5 version of Jabber with Deskphone mode. When calls made from Desk phone history file shows calling number as unknown.
Can you try upgrading to the latest version and test it

Do you mean IM&P version or the J4W version.
if its the J4W, we are already working on v11.9.3

Hi there
I meant J4w version. You can do a couple of things just to make sure it’s not a version bug. Install the latest 12.0.1 and 11.7 or 11.8 versions in a couple of laptops and test it. To me it sounds definitely as a bug.
