Massive account lockout

Hello,

I had a massive account lockout (around 2000) during a maintenance window where the publisher has been cut off.

• System version: 10.5.2.15900-8

Does that explain why there was so many account failed ?

What is account lockout in this context?

It seems Jabber itself will say your account is locked if service discovery fails too many times, but, reach and discovery are two different things, TAC would have to confirm.
