Movi (Jabber) phone book provisioning issues

I've created a phone book with movi contacts.  When I update the endpoints, the folder only shows the user's email address and not the movi.  When I click to dial my movi address from my EX90 or C40, I get an h323 error with my email address listed.  I can type my movi address in manually and works fine.  I've read all the pdf's I can find.  Don't want to make a TAC ticket just yet.  Thoughts?

Are you using findme and you you have a findme URI which is {emailaddress}?

This at least would cause what you described.

Also define "I created a phone book with movi contacts". Did you use a provisioning directory phonebook source or something else?

In general it can be fine to use the email address if the user and domain part reflect on what you want to dial / findme.
