MRA cannot make video calls

Hi team!

 

We have a customer with Expressway-E/C deployed and MRA enabled. Login works fine and also telephony services. The problem is that we are unable to set up video sessions from Jabber MRA Clients (Android, Iphone, Windows) towards jabber clients inside of the company. Also the video session between Jabber clients on MRA is not working. Any ideas??

If it doesn't work, please post Expressway-C and Expressway-E logs.
