We have noticed that when a message is created for a user in our organization that has not been in Webex before they receive an email saying Welcome to Webex and the message tells them a message was sent to them and has the name of the person.
We would like to disable the email being sent from users within our organization. Is this possible? The email comes from webex_Comm@webex.com and a screenshot of one of the messages is below.

Hi, If you use control hub to administer your Webex site after you log in under Management section left panel select Organization settings and scroll down to the email section. Toggle on to suppress admin invite emails.

It should be possible. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager for Webex and she/he should be able to help you out with this.

Since this setting specifically said it would suppress "invitation emails when licenses are assigned," we tested this with an existing user that has never accessed Webex and found that in addition to disabling the emails when licenses are assigned, it also disables email notifications when someone posts a message to another user that has never used Webex before. We have turned it on for our site to help with managing notifications from students that are randomly sending messages to other users.
Would like to see this as an additional toggle as the welcome email from administrators can be helpful but the email from users sending messages to a user that has never logged in can be annoying.
