No self-view with Jabber softphone and VXME

Hi!

We started using Jabber on VDI with VXME and have a problem with self-view.

The user see only a black window instead of the video coming from his webcam.

Here a screenshot from that, while  video calliing:

What could be the reason?

Hi,

 

I have just upgraded to Jabber for Windows 11.9 with VXME 11.9 with Windows 7 imbedded slim client.

I am seeing the same issue.

Hi,

we have found, that this issue only occurs when this Citrix setting is deactivated.
