Hi,
I don't seem to be able to make video calls with either Jabber for Windows (v.11.0.1) or Jabber for Android. I have CUCM 10.5.2.12901-1 with IM&Presence 10.5.2.21900-4. When I make a call the camera icon is crossed on both ends and pressing "Start my video" doesn't do anything. Both endpoints are on the same subnet, same CUCM Location, no FW between. I've tried both options in jabber-config.xml (although I think they shouldn't make any difference - I should be able to start video later):
<StartCallWithVideo>false</StartCallWithVideo> and <StartCallWithVideo>true</StartCallWithVideo>
Voice, presence, IM are all OK. Cameras work OK in Jabber on both ends.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Does the Region allow sufficient video bandwidth? Also check the service parameter. Infra-location video bandwidth is unlimited by default so I doubt that's it.

Hi Jonathan,
Thanks for the response.
There is no Maximum Session Bit Rate for Video Calls between regions and the Service parameters Default Intraregion/Interregion Max Video Call Bit Rate are both 384kbps.
So it shouldn't be any problems here.
