OK, I now have a stable IOS Version 15.4(3)M1There are no crashes any more, but still no wlan-ap0 interface and no service-module command.I've attached start-up output.

Yes, the router crashes after every reboot but when the config is bypassed and then loaded all works OK. I'll try to install an M train IOS and see. Thanks for your help.
