Hello everyone,
I'm experiencing this following issue:
When I search for someone on Cisco Jabber the user is showing as offline, if I add this one on my contact list or start some relation with that, this user shows online.
Below are the prints:
Daniel Damito I didn't trying to chat or call. That's why he is showing offline.
Ana Carolina I just clicked to call using the Call Button, she is showing online.
Both are registrered and in the fact online.
If I click to call Daniel, he will shows me as online.
Below I've added the Daniel to my contact list>
Can you please help me? It's a lab environment.
I don't know what to check and what to change to fix it.
I've no DNS Server.
