Participant list issue with CMS meeting

The participant list doesn't appear on any endpoint  (jabber or kit pro) join CMS meeting even if they join as a host 

however, participant list normally appears on web APP GUI browser from any PC

the problem is when endpoint wants to admit lobby guests, it can't as they aren't appeared in the participant list

How do the endpoints join? Internal via call over the SIP trunk?
If yes, have you activated ActiveX-protocol in the SIP profile for the endpoints and also for the SIP trunk?

the problem was in VQ when uses to create spaces and push it to CMS

Solved by tuning configuration on that spaces
