Where on a CUCM (8.6.1) can I find the log / debug files for phone registration issues?
I'm having phone registration problems with the Jabber client on an Android phone. The Jabber client gives no error message other than "Restration Rejected".
The same Jabber client registers fine on a 7.1.5 system so I am fairly confident my configuration settings are OK.

Hi,
You can look at the cucm traces (the sdi and the sdl) to understand the cause.

Make sure you assign a DN manually at the line level. It will solve the problem.
