I have been using Jabber for 12 months and it has worked great - that is, until a few weks ago. Now the party on the other side can't hear me - that is, they may hear maybe 1 out of every 3 words. I hear them fine. Any thoughts?

Are you using over 3G or Wi-fi connection?
Have you checked your 3G signal quality?

Not sure how to check for errors. I'm not an IT guy

Any voip clients rely on robust network infrastructure. If you are experiencing voip call quality on an inter-offce site for example, then i'd look at any interface errors, packet drops, CRC errors (many other things) on the devices where the voip call traverses. Another important thing you need to check on the devices is the end-to-end QoS.

Whether I use 3G or WIFI, same problem - both are strong signals
