If you use proximity from the teams client (spark) and then hit record from the team client then you can. Keep in mind you will need to ensure your webex is 32.12, video platform 2.0 and in certain cases site linking may need to be done.
That should record the audio video stream and content. However today there is no whiteboard interop between webex meetings and WebEx board and that’s a future roadmap
