We just set up SAML SSO though Entra, All users can log into Jabber and make calls, but the Visual VoiceMail is not auto authenticating with the users Entra (365) account information. Is there a step we missed, I can't seem to find anything in the documentation.

Is SAML configured on CUC with the same IdP? What is the Service Profile set to for the CUC authentication source?

Yes, SMAL is configured with the same IdP, if I'm looking in the right place it says "credentials source for voicemail service" is Unified CM - IM and Presence
