Shortcut to open docked window

In work we have Jabber Client and I needed change shortcut to open the 'blue bar'.

I have another application with the same shortcut.

Can I change or disable shortcuts?

Go to Jabber "Wheel" icon > uncheck View > Show docked window. This should get rid of the docked window..

Change the value to FALSE in <userConfig name="DockedWindowVisible" value="FALSE"/> in file C:\Program Files (x86)\Cisco Systems\Cisco Jabber\jabber-config-defaults.xml. You will not see the docked widows and shortcut isn't working any more
