I would like to have a manual about the use of the solution we adquired.

Mainly it has:

1 R-CBE6K-K9

  2 Switches 

  2 routers with FXO/FXS boards

I´m really clueless, and would like a manual to make calls .

Also it is provided with Cisco Jaber

Hi Miriam,

You can engage your Cisco partner or if you are a partner yourself then engage the local Cisco Account team. You need to start from scratch here, identifying the applications installed, their versions, compatibility requirements, user and endpoint config required, licensing involved etc. Just finding an install or integration doc and starting configuring from there won't be easy or recommended.
