Spark Board Doesn't Boot

Spark Board 55 that has previously been working now won't boot. It's offline, no network connectivity lights and power cycle results in a back-lit display with no splash screen or boot process.  I've attempted to reset with button on the bottom but no result. Anything else I can do to troubleshoot or reset?

If you're sure you have a good power cable and source, there's really nothing else you can do except RMA the unit.

That's what I assumed, but wanted to dbl-check.

By "Button on the bottom" did you mean the factory reset hole?   If so, did you hold the button in for miltiple seconds? (A quick push will not do it).

Are you able to do anything with it?  Can you get to the Tech Support Streen (Hold down one finder on the board's screen and press the home button three times)?
