Spark SSO Bypass URL

Hi,

the Signing and Encryption Certificate of our SSO ADFS changed automatically. Now nobody can login to the url https://admin.ciscospark.com/#/login to update the trusted metadata file. Is there a way to Bypass SSO using a kind of recovery URL? Tried to search the community but did not found anything.

Hi Petra,

I consulted with some experts and got a response:

The answer is to have their partner log in as admin and disable SSO. Then their local admin can test their local spark password and redo the sso config.

Hi Marc,

A Call in the US Support Team of Spark solved the Problem. They deactivated SSO for us, so we could reconfigure it.
