Speed dial within Jabber plugin for MS Teams

In the guides I have found when you add a Jabber plugin Speed Dial in MS Teams the phone number should be displayed.

Guide example:

In my case I'm only getting the mail option:

I'm not the MS Teams administrator, is this something that MS teams have filtered out? How do I get the phone field as an option when adding speed dials?

Follow up question, is there a way in the Jabber Plugin to just disable the ability to add speed dials?

I assume you are using AD. The details which you see for a contact  will be based on configured AD details . Looks like the contact you selected has only email filed & telephone files are not updated on AD.
