We are getting the following error messages when someone loads the jabber and tries to log in.
uid attribute is not available in saml response. Please check the attribute configuration on the IDP. It does to happen to every user but a few random users are getting it everyday. When this error pops up, users have to reset jabber probably more than once to be able to login. Has anyone run into this type of error ? We use Jabber version 14.0.3
Thanks, Khanal

Is your IDP configured ubiquitously to send UID back in the response from all responding servers and for all nodes?
You can debug the SAML transaction but I would start there to make sure that all relationships have been configured properly, as it sounds like its not setup properly in all places on the IDP end.

Thank you Adam. We found the issue to be mistyped names of the servers in the IDP server.
