Unable to enter 16 digit Code for Webex Cloud

I am trying to add two SX20's to webex cloud and I cannot enter the 16 digit number. I can see where I am supposed to enter the number but nothing happens. In addition, both units are on CE8.3.8.

Hi,

CE software is specifically used for CUCM registration. If you want to register endpoints with Webex Could then you need to factory reset and select "Webex Cloud" option on the screen to enter 16-digit code. Please follow procedure mentioned in this guide:
