I am trying to connect WebEx meeting from my VC : Polycom- Group 700.
As per WebEx invite I am dialing public IP 126.96.36.199 and I am hearing ring back. It just keeps ringing and there is no further prompt to input meeting ID.
I followed below article that states VC can dial IP addresss to reach WebEx meeting
The endpoints is standalone H323 unit and No SIP enabled.
I have no idea about the Polycom unit, but you mention H.323 in your question. Are you by any change using CUCM 10.5?!
There is an known bug that disables H.323 ones in a while. i have a script running that log into every Conference unit and enables it.
Wouldn't hurt to check this.
Do you managed to solve this issue? I'm using a Polycom Group 700 and I'm facing the same issue as you. Using H.323 device to call Webex IP 188.8.131.52.
