Whenever a new user connects to an existing call in Jabber, it kills the audio  for a small time and we all have to stop talking until it rights itself... Sometimes it even kills the audio Any ideas on how we can stop this happening?

Hi, Is it possible that CUACA version 12.x can retrieve presence status of devices (Jabber and IP phone) for 2 clusters of CUCM & IMP with ILS and Peer Clustering? CUCM is currently using AD for User base. If so, how is it configured?! Thanks Rich
