hello,
I'm having trouble co connect to voice mail on jabber app.
the message that I'm getting is:
"Incorrect username or password Contact your administrator"
cucm version : 11.0.1.21900-11
cuc version :11.0.1.21900-11
cup version :11.0.1.10000-6
jabber version : Version 11.8.3 Build 51659
any idea?

Have you adjusted your VM settings as per the Jabber guide in order to use this feature?
Have you properly configured and associated your VM servers/mail stores in the service profile?

I have a customer with this issue as well. Except all users were fine using Jabber 10.5.2 on CUCM/CUC 8.6 Then we did an upgrade to 10.5 and a couple months later we found out lots of users were no longer logged into Vmail from Jabber. When they tried to connect they had to login and re-initiate vmail creds.
Was there a major bug with CUC 10.x that causes this? Customer is not using AD sync, they are using creds from CUCM.

We sync users from the Call Manager.
