unable to see chat rooms in "All Rooms" tab in jabber 11.7

Hi All,

i am using cucm IM&P 11.5 and jabber client 11.7.

When i create a new room using jabber client, i can see the new room under "My Rooms" but unable to see the same chat room in the "All Rooms" tab ?

Is this as per design or can you suggest anything ?

Hi,

This is not by design, please try restarting XCP Text Conference Manager service and let us know if it helps.
