Unity Quotas Message Customization

I have users that monitor several lines. When the mailbox gets full, it will send the default alert message.

Your voice mailbox has exceeded the quota warning threshold specified by your administrator.

Current Usage: %CURRENTUSAGE%
Quota Warning Threshold: %THRESHOLD%
Quota Size Limit: %LIMIT%

Please reduce your voice mailbox size by deleting few items from your mailbox.

I am trying to add the number to the message. I tried %Extension% but that doesn't work. What is the right way to add it?

To modify the text navigate to Message Storage > Message Quotas > Quote Alert Text

Uncheck the box for "Use Default Text" and customize the fields. You will want to add a line that has:  %ALIAS% - %EXTENSION%
