May I request you to kindly let me know how to get CDR (Call Detail Record) from Webex Calling. Your assistance on this request would be extremely appreciated.

To obtain Call Detail Records (CDRs) from Webex Calling, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Cisco Webex Control Hub.
  2. Select "Analytics" from the left-hand menu.
  3. Under "Analytics," select "Call Detail Records."
  4. Use the filters provided to narrow down the search results based on your specific criteria. You can filter by date range, user, location, and more.
  5. Once you have selected your filters, click "Apply."
  6. The CDRs that match your search criteria will be displayed. You can export the data to a CSV file or view it in the Webex Control Hub.
