WebEx Connect Password reset

I have a WebEx Connect account of which I forgot the password. When I click on the Forgot your password link in the client, I get forwarded to AOL and can reset my password there. However, with that password, I still cannot log in with WebEx Connect.

Is there another way to recover my WebEx Connect password?

Then I get forwarded to AOL again. On that website, it seems that I could change the password, and it seems to work. However, when I try to use that password in the WebEx Connect client after that, it still doesn't work.
