Hi,
we are deactivated/removed accounts from Control hub but on webex app when you search the user its appears as deactivated account.
There is a way not showing the deactivated account when searching on webex app?

If the user is deactivated in control hub, it will still show in the webex app. There is no option to disable it. Once user is deleted from control hub after 30 days (default) then it will disappear from webex app. You can customize the number of days that an inactive user remains in the organization before their account is deleted.

A deactivated user will be removed after 30 days if you haven’t reactivated the account.
By the way, deleting and deactivating are not the same scenario. From your message, it’s not clear which one you did—deleted or deactivated.
Here is a screenshot of a user I created just now and then deleted. When I searched for the user and tried to create a 1:1 space, it showed the user with a note indicating they are deactivated, and I could no longer message them
The default behavior of deactivated users can be modified in the Organization settings.
Regarding the behavior of deleted users showing as “Deactivated Account” when searching , this is normal . Even people who left my organization two years ago and were deleted from the system can still be searched, and their accounts are marked as “Deactivated Account.” when searching. It seems its a normal behavior of webex.

Hi guys,
Thank you for reply, for the scenario i have, i know they are deleted the users. So, if users deleted, they will be still shown in webex as deactivated.
@Nithin Eluvathingal can you check also on webex on mobile? I tested it on mobile (android) with 2 users and do not appear on the search

Here is a screenshot from my iPhone Webex app. The behavior is the same: the user who was deleted two years ago still appears in the search, but is shown as “Deactivated Account.”
