Hi there,
I have a question about Webex Meeting Server 2.5:
- Who can schedule a meeting, only the hosts or also other user on behalf of a host?
I've read about the host delegate that can be used with outloook plugin, but my customer is using lotus notes, so if there any possibility like this in the web interface?
Thanks in advance.

yes in the users profile settings there is an option for scheduling permissions. If they add another user then that user will be able to choose who they would like to schedule the meeting as.

Hi Dan,
I have three questions for this scenario in CWMS 2.5 : where userA need his assistant userB to schedule on behalf of him
so if userA add email of userB for scheduling permission
Can userB schedule on behalf of userA from web interface not from outlook ?
Is it a must to have user b added in webex ?
If yes what type of license needed for userB ? do we need to add userB as host ?
Thanks in advance
Ahmed

Yes they can schedule from the web interface.
Yes to select a user to schedule on behalf they must be a user in the system.
Yes there are only host, admin, and auditor user types.
