Hey,
We've installed WebEx On-premise 1.1.1.9.A for 250 users, with public access (Non-split DNS), Manual deployment.
When we adding an HA Servers to the primary system, we're experiencing problems such as very long loading page time and " We've hit a glitch in processing your request" errors occasionally when starting a meeting.
What could be the reason for that?
The problems are still happening even when we shut down the all HA servers.
The only time that the system is working perfect, is before adding the HA.

Hello,
It appears that you are running into CSCue60550, that affects many web processes in HA deployments and causes timeouts in loading pages to the point where page requests can either be delayed significantly or completely fail (hit a glitch in processing). This is resolved in code in version 1.1 MR 1 (1.1.1.107.A), and is also fixed in the latest versions 1.1 MR 2 (1.1.1.220.A). Both of these versions are available on the CCO downloads page:
Thanks,
Derek Johnson
