WebEx SSO with ADFS 2016

Hi All,

I'm trying to configure WebEx with sso using ADFS 2016.

Authentication is working fine but when the users are logging into WebEx they get redirected to the adfs/ls page where they are requested to enter their UPN and password.

Is this normal behaviour or do I need to perform some additional configuration?

Kind Regards

Alex

So we figured out what our issue was. We did not have the ADFS site under the local intranet in IE. Once it was added we were able to get logged in after typing our email, no more asking for username and password.

Im experiencing the same thing, did you get an answer or figure it out?

Thanks

Hi Phil,

We have resolved this issue but i can't remember what we did :-/

Do you have 2 transform rules, Attributes and Custom. I have attached screen shots of your configuration.

Within your custom rule have you modified the metadata to reflect your environment?

e.g.

["http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2005/05/identity/claimproperties/namequ"] = "<ADFS server URL>/adfs/services/trust", Properties["http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2005/05/identity/claimproperties/spnamequalifier"] = "https://idbroker.webex.com/<ORG ID>");

Kind Regards

Alex

Hey Alex,

Yes, we have the 2 transform rules. Thanks for the info though

Hi Phil,
Well done.. glad you got it sorted.
Thanks for letting me know. That’s exactly how ours works. We of course have ours configured as local intranet but I would have never remembered.
