Hi,

I am working in AA in CME 2901 SW Version 15.0(1r)M16  and I tested with the original au sound file is working but when I created my own file and upload it in CME flash not working, how can I solve it to hear my own file?

BTW I created au file by using Audacity software, and I used these two command as well:

call application voice load aa
call application voice load queue

here is the config file:

application
service aa flash:app-b-acd-aa-3.0.0.2.tcl
paramspace english index 1
param number-of-hunt-grps 2
param handoff-string aa
param dial-by-extension-option 3
paramspace english language en
param max-time-vm-retry 2
param aa-pilot 500
paramspace english location flash:
param second-greeting-time 60
param welcome-prompt _abcd_welcome_data_opc.au
param call-retry-timer 15
param voice-mail 4005
param max-time-call-retry 600
param service-name queue
!
service queue flash:app-b-acd-3.0.0.2.tcl
param queue-len 15
param aa-hunt1 7000
param number-of-hunt-grps 2
param aa-hunt2 7050
param queue-manager-debugs 1
!
