Why jabber can not share screen from mac to windows

Hi, its anyone knows if exist a document from cisco, that indicate cisco jabber share screen dosent work with different operating systems, for example, i try to share screen using jabber on mac to a jabber using a pc with Windows and the option its on gray.

Hi Julian,

There are 2 types of screensharing in Jabber. First is BFCP and the other is IM Only. You can setup BFCP for screenshare to work between mac and windows environment. By default, IM Only screenshare feature comes without additional configuration. This only works in windows environment since it uses RDP for its screensharing feature. RDP is a protocol that is only supported in Windows environment.
