Jabber can't login to IM&P on-premise servers from outside the firewall unless you have the Collaboration Edge solution deployed. The IM&P servers should not be exposed to the Internet except for SIP/XMPP server-to-server federation.

Hi,
THe most useful logs for jabber for windows are located here
C:\Users\[userid]\AppData\Local\Cisco\Unified Communications\Jabber\CSF\Logs

Thank you. If I post a copy of my log file will it tell us why I cannot login to CUPS 9.1 with Jabber externally?
I can login internally.
