Hi all,

Please let me know is it possible to integrate Cisco CTIOS with siebel CRM if the siebel server is in UNIX/Linux platform. and is there any UNIX/Linux version of the Siebel driver is available ?

Sandeep,

The Siebel driver runs on Siebel Server running under Windows 2000 or
Windows 2003 only. See the CTI Compatibility Matrix CRM Connectors tab
of the CTI Compatibility Matrix here

I think you would need to check with Oracle Siebel on that.

Re the database question, my understanding is yes you can
Siebel Communications Server with the Cisco Siebel Driver, acts as a middleware layer running on Windows between Cisco CTI OS and the native Siebel interface layers.

We have developed a CTI Integration solution between Oracle Siebel CRM and  Cisco Contact Center (UCCX, UCCE, and PCCE). It's a multichannel adapter (connector), i.e. it does support chat and email.
