Hi,

I have a CUCM and 2 x CUBE in a Route Group for outbound calls.

In examples when the carrier fail the call with a 480, I would like CUCM to stop routing the call and not try the 2nd member of the Route Group, which is what is currently happening.

I can see the service parameters that are available to stop routing based on bandwidth, unallocated number, user busy etc... but nothing specifically for SIP codes such as 480.

Can I match the 480 on the CUBE and perhaps replace the SIP header with a 404? Or can I tell CUCM to fail the call based on the 480?

Any ideas please?

D

Did you ever get a solution for this? I've got what looks like the same issue. Getting a 480 back from PBX and keeps retrying to connect the call so I want to configure the CUBE to stop trying to route the call.
