Created by: Keith Lunn on 19-05-2010 07:41:16 PM Hello, CUCM 6.13 Does anyone know what security role must be granted to an App UID in order to query the RIS port? I have a program that does an AXL query first (that works OK) and then has to do a RIS port request to: [url=https://<publisher>:8443/realtimeservice/services/RisPort]https://<publisher>:8443/realtimeservice/services/RisPort The App ID has the assigned role of "Standard AXL API Access" but it appears that it needs an additonal role to use the RIS port? Thanks!
