50002 CTI Failure

I have a customer for a particular group they get multiple 50002 Not ready code in their CUIC reports.50002-which usually means a CTI OS component failed, causing the agent to be logged out. This could be due to closing the agent desktop application, heartbeat time out, a CTI OS Server failure, or a CTI OS failure.

The customer mentioned  this particular group is on a POE and not power supplies.

What could cause this?

Hi Check the logs in the switch if you suspect if it is something related to power also check the event viewer logs from CUCM and check if the phones unregistered from CUCM at the time of finesse failure, there is also a chance that you might be hitting this bug

Does this only happen to this group of agents and non others? Does it happen to all of them or just a few?

only that group of agents and not everyone .it is random but happens frequently.

Like Jinto said check the UCM to see if the phones are re-registering. You can also see this information in the jtapi logs.
