Aborted Rejected Call Detail Report

Hello, while reviewing the CUIC Report "Aborted Rejected Call Detail Report" I noticed there are an extremely high amount of calls being rejected with the reason code "Reject: Remote Timeout".  Looking at the time stamp of the calls we can determine that they are happening during our busiest time periods.  How do we determine the root cause of the rejections?  We suspect that we are running out of CTI ports but would like to confirm or monitor the usage of the CTI ports.  Is there a way to do this?

Have you checked the Cisco Unified CCX Engine (MIVR) logs and see why the error is coming.

It should be more detailed in the logs
