acd pg and matched server pairs (icm 7.5)

Hello

We have a customer that is running icm 7.5 and is adding a new acd pg and reused

some mcs sever hardware.  They have one 7845 H2 CCE4 server and another 7845 H1 CC1

Must the PG pair be matched hardware?  One server is single core 3 ghz while the other is

a quad core 2.3ghz.  Will this cause issues for a PG pair? Must the hardware be exact match?

Hi,

I don't see the reason why it should not work, I mean, I am not aware of any technical limitation.

Of course, the minimum requirements should be met. Check the "BOM" for your ICM version:
