Adding CUIC Agent Historical Report to Finesse

This is a PCCE/Finesse 12.0 environment and with the stock gadgets agents are unable to see how many calls they've handled for the day. I created and saved a Agent Historical report in CUIC and am trying to get it added into Finesse so agents can see this on an individual basis.

In Finesse I added this: <gadget>https://cuicserver:8444/cuic/gadget/Historical/HistoricalGadget.jsp?viewId=95AAB6F4100001730000911D3F57C377&linkType=htmlType&viewType=Grid&refreshRate=900&@start_date=RELDATE%20TODAY&@end_date=RELDATE%20TODAY&@agent.id=CL%20teamName&gadgetHeight=300</gadget>

Where the viewId is the View of the saved report in CUIC. In Finesse when it tries to pull up the report it's returning a Filter Fetch error. I believe the issue is because it's passing teamName and not agentname but I can't figure out what syntax to replace this part with CL%20teamName. If I hardcode it to the an actual username then I no longer get the Filter Fetch error, but it also doesn't and the report name shows up but no data displays. So I have a couple issues that I'm looking for assistance with. The CUIC report is the Agent All Fields Historical that I've modified the view of.

Interesting, in UCCX this is a default gadget for the Agents. I'm surprised it's not for UCCE.

If this was an upgrade from an older version, the Desktop layout might need to be updated to allow the new gadgets to show. If you login to Finesse Admin and look at the Default layout, does it contain this gadget?

Not sure if this is exactly the issue you're running into, but might be worth trying it with a supervisor to see if this permissions type config issue is what you're hitting.
